Thanks to our continued rapid growth, Wandera’s customer base is expanding daily. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Program Manager to join our London-based team.

You will be responsible for defining, executing, monitoring and refining programs designed to maximize retention and upsell at scale for approximately 300 SMB (Small / Medium Business) customers. Those programs should include: customer onboarding, value confirmation, renewal and upsell. You will work closely with colleagues in marketing, service delivery, channels, sales, and other areas of Wandera to ultimately deliver better retention and upsell for this cohort of customers. You will also need to engage with a subset of these customers directly.

This role is a salaried position with approximately 20% of total compensation tied to MBOs. This is not a quota carrying role.

Your goals:

• Define, execute, monitor and refine Customer Success programs at scale for a portfolio of approximately 300 customers, to ultimately drive improvements in retention and upsell rates.
• Be informed by data. Define and analyze key data metrics for your portfolio of customers to inform your program activities. On an ongoing operational basis, inspect and report on the health of your customers and identify key trends and program adjustments needed.
• Interact directly with a selected subset of your customers as appropriate.
• Act as an evangelist and subject matter expert around delivering Wandera value to our customers and partners.
• Represent the needs of your customer set within Wandera.

You and your experience:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in B2B customer success including at least 2 years in B2B customer success program management.
• We’d love to hear your innovative ideas for Customer Success program management at scale.
• Proven track record in defining and executing B2B customer success programs for hundreds of customer accounts.
• Proven data analysis skills – ability to define key metrics for a cohort off customers, detect trends and patterns, and tie those to program initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to show the health of your set of customers through data on a week by week operational basis – identifying key metrics, trends, and needed program adjustments.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in running Customer Success automation programs (eg email nurturing, upsell campaigns, etc) at scale.
• Inquisitive and result driven, with the ability to make commercial recommendations based upon customer analysis / insights and performance stats.
• Proactivity, with a can do attitude and ability to work autonomously.

Our EMEA Account Management team is growing, and we need a highly motivated enterprise Account Director to join our London team. You will have responsibility for a set of our UK/EMEA customers and manage every aspect of our customers’ engagement across our exciting and broad ranging services. Role Summary

You will join a small team that works on the Android version of the mobile app, the user-facing part of Wandera. Your responsibilities will include writing code covered with unit tests, acceptance tests, doing code-reviews and creating or commenting on technical designs for new features.

Wandera app provides users with overview of their data usage and information about network threats and currently setup policies for mobile internet usage. The mobile app is not like most of the apps on the market because a big part of our features are implemented to operate in the background (network stack configuration, reachability checking, location tracking, packet classification). That brings many challenges and at the same time is what makes our work interesting and dynamic. Of course, we also do UI work and we are aiming for cutting-edge design.

Writing clean code is part of our philosophy and we use unit and acceptance tests to back us up when we refactor our codebase.

Role Summary

Become a part of our engineering team. We are looking for a talented Backend Developer, who will join one of our self-sufficient squads in which you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting a set of microservices that underpin one of the products we sell. Each squad consists of about 5 Developers, a QA and an Ops Engineer, a Scrum Master, and a Product Owner.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Windows developer who welcomes working on a brand new and technologically challenging product line.
You will gain end to end experience developing our new Windows 10 client. That will include working on areas ranging from deep in the Windows OS networking stack, to the app’s core business logic, to the backend RESTful API integration and also UI development. Role Summary

You will join a small team that develops the iOS version of the mobile app, which is the only user-facing part of Wandera. Your responsibilities will include writing code covered with unit tests, doing code-reviews and creating or commenting on technical designs for new features.

Wandera app provides users with overview of their data usage and information about network threats and currently setup policies for mobile internet usage. The iOS app is not like most of the apps on the market because a big part of our features are implemented to operate in the background (network stack configuration, reachability checking, location tracking, packet classification). That brings many challenges and at the same time is what makes our work interesting and dynamic. Of course, we also do UI work and are in the middle of major redesign so everyone that has a passion for good UX will enjoy it.

Writing clean code is part of our philosophy and we use unit tests to back us up when we refactor our codebase. Our project is written mostly in Objective-C but we have started to implement new and isolated features in Swift. We don’t expect expert knowledge in either of those languages but knowing at least the basics of both (Objective-C being the more important one) is a must.

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing Windows team. We are after someone who knows that automating a manual suite of tests is key to maintaining quality; and is also experienced with setting up test strategies (how and what to test) for new features that will come their way.

We are moving our product towards test automation and an important part of your role will be writing automated tests in C#, maintaining the framework and sometimes related orchestration the team is using. Role Summary

You see test automation and testing as an important part of features and you know that setting up a testing strategy (what and how to test) will help the team to cope with the growth of features. You are interested in using JS/TypeScript and Cypress. But also you can appreciate good Python code because that is what your colleagues mostly work with.

A big part of your role will be test automation which includes writing tests and maintaining the framework and the orchestration the team is using. But also you recognise that at times some features need a human to test them. Do you like creating small web apps in Python? It turned out that Python+Django has become ideal for development of our internal web apps. The apps gradually developed to be crucial across all teams. We need reinforcements in order to provide new features and improvements that everyone desires to have included. You will be talking to your colleagues from different teams in order to understand their routine jobs. No one wants to do routine jobs. Thus, your mission will be critical to all across the company. We want you to eliminate our routine tasks with robust automation hidden behind intuitive interfaces.

You will work as part of our python development team to take projects from conception and planning, prototyping, and development stages, and finally through to successful deployment and support. Simply put, we enjoy the challenge of successfully delivering varied, modern python applications across a wide range of platforms, and the successful candidate must share this ambition.

What will you do?

• Work in a team to design and develop web applications, ETL jobs and other process automation.
• Ensure security, maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in discussion about architecture, design, and implementation.
• Estimate work accurately and consistently.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends.
• Checking code from other developers and coaching junior team members
• Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements

What do we expect from you?

• 3+ Years of Commercial Python experience
• Experience with Python frameworks (e.g. Django)
• Experience of using modern version control systems, e.g. git
• Knowledge of common open-source databases, such as PostgreSQL & Mongo DB.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and REST API
• Ability to understand complex project requirements and translate these into smaller, achievable project goals.
• Confidence in communicating with colleagues and stakeholders in English.
