Role Summary

Wandera’s Account Managers manage every aspect of our customers’ engagement across our exciting and broad ranging services. You’ll enjoy a variety of responsibilities, coordinating multiple teams as you put your customers’ needs first to deliver on your objectives. As well as ensuring customers make best use of our platform and understand our services, you will be responsible for ensuring existing license subscriptions are extended and expanded. Your goals

Role Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a security-focused Director of Product Marketing, with a global remit that combines strategy and execution. Enterprise Sales Executive, Germany

Role Summary

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to establish our presence and develop the business across the DACH region. This will involve adding major accounts by prospecting to senior level IT decision makers to build pipeline and win new customers.

You will work closely with our Regional Sales Manager and the Pre-sales Engineer in Germany, who manages our partner relationship with Mobile Operators and Resellers. This will help the team based in Germany by enabling rapid development of the market.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our small but growing EMEA Customer Success team. You will report directly to the VP Sales, EMEA. You will lead strategic thinking and coach your team to be more effective, also providing them with a point of escalation. You will likely manage a small number of accounts directly to build up a strong understanding of the typical customer life-cycle, technology and processes. You will keep improving on the customer life-cycle management and clearly deliver customer value through regular executive reporting, proactive notifications and other means.

Your team are a central pivot point for proactively collecting customer and market feedback and you will help shape the future product, services and support models. You will enjoy working collaboratively with a broad range of people internally from sales, customer support, product and the leadership team. Channel Development Manager, North-East

As a Channel Development Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and growing revenue from Wandera’s channel partners, principally service providers such as AT&T and Verizon. You will be expected to develop sales plans, map partner sales teams, deliver training and help our partner reps by leading from the front and taking charge of sales cycles.

Frontend Developer

Role Summary

You will be working on our customer facing web portal used by customers to provide realtime visibility into mobile data, and allow them to configure policies and controls based on these insights. This single page app brings together information from various sources, including big data and machine learning visualisations. With rapidly growing customer base we emphasise performance at scale and quality of the released code. As you will be working on the “face” of Wandera product, we are looking for someone with strong engineering skills as well as an eye for quality design and UX.

You will be joining a close-knit team of developers, based in Brno and London. Our team leverage agile methodology and are included in all phases of feature lifecycle; from design, through planning, to release. We review each other’s code. We do code and UI reviews and we love Slack. There’s a great possibility to learn as you will be closely cooperating with our security and mobile teams.

Our web app is called RADAR. It’s a thick web client built with backbone.js and a thin middleware PHP layer used as an API gateway and authentication service. We are in process of migrating the frontend to ES6 and React. The client communicates with REST and websockets. We employ continuous integration tools and automated tests in Selenium.

As a frontend developer within our portal team your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop customer facing SPA portal utilising REST API

Java Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our engineering team. You will join one of our small self sufficient squads where you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting a set of micro services that underpin one of the products we sell. Each squad consists of about 5 Developers, a Scrum Master, a QA Analyst and a Product Owner. Recent examples of projects worked on by our squads include building a new microservice for high speed processing of client status updates using the Kafka Streams library and also developing a new distributed low latency, high concurrency lookup system which is now used for intelligence distribution between our globally distributed network of mobile data gateways.

QA Engineer

Role Summary

Working on one of our established Scrum teams we are seeking a Test Engineer, keen to add value to our expanding product suite. For this role, you will need to be committed testing and QA having experience designing developing and implementing automated tests in Selenium Webdriver whilst also utilizing manual test experience where automation frameworks cannot reach.

You will fundamentally believe that quality code is the only acceptable code and will play a key role in code reviews, using this as a mechanism that helps both you and the team improve. You will also believe that our designs and tech designs need to be questioned you will be aware that this is the most efficient way to fix any issues. Working in Agile is key as is your willingness to work in this environment and you will have experience working in a high release, Scrum, automated test and continuous integration landscape previously. Security Product Manager

Role Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced Product Manager to join our product team and help drive forward the development of our fast growing Mobile Threat Defense platform.

As a Security Product Manager at Wandera you will take ownership of an aspect of our Security product line. We aim to align this ownership with your individual strengths and experience and so, whilst we obviously need to take the existing team into account, there is some flexibility in how we shape this new role. Threat Researcher

Role Summary

Our Threat Research team here at Wandera play a key role in helping to identify and prevent security breaches for our global customer base around the clock. The team you would step on to are responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of security incidents and incident investigations, therefore requiring a strong interest in information security including network security and mobile threats. Inn order to step into this team, you would ideally have a basic understanding of man-in-the-middle attacks, malware apps and the wider threat landscape.

The role of a Threat Researcher is to take ownership and responsibility of the daily incident monitoring and investigations system, analyzing real time security concerns for customers and conducting security research into the subsequent data coming through the Wandera platform. For this position, Python and SQL are essential requirements, with wider scripting or programming skills such as Bash ideal and MongoDB querying also a necessary requirement. Alongside these essential skills, the team are also utilizing Kali Linux and associated tools such as Burp which we would also require knowledge of.

A key part of what the Threat Research team focus on daily is the analysis of data and being able to decipher the diverse sources of information flowing through our platform on a day to day basis, meaning a keen eye for detail and proactive approach towards new problems being a major requirement to fulfil this role.

Excellent opportunity for experienced Windows developer who welcomes working on a brand new and technologically challenging product line (released in September 2018).

You will gain end to end experience developing our new Windows 10 client.
