Working directly with the COO, you will play a key role in maintaining and accelerating our growth through efficiencies in sales and business process.
You will ensure effective sales process is followed, using reports and regular detailed reviews to keep the sales team accountable for following sales process and ensuring visibility of performance.
You will work closely with team leaders across sales and other disciplines to identify process improvement opportunities. You will set goals for measurable improvement, design new processes and measure the impact to hold us all accountable for making changes successful.
You will provide the management team with the information needed to measure their effectiveness through KPIs, regular reports and ad-hoc analysis to track performance, identify trends and spot anomalies.
