Product Evangelist

Role Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a security-focused Product Evangelist.  You will serve as the “face of Wandera” to key customers, partners and at leading industry events. You will have detailed experience working within the security space and ideally have worked in a VC backed enterprise software company. Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the dynamics and evolution of the mobile security market addressed by our products;
  • Develop messaging, collateral and presentation material to support defined product value propositions in target (vertical) markets, use cases, features, advantages and benefits;
  • Develop and present thought leadership and business overview material to both internal and external audiences.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop effective tools that support the selling process including training materials, case studies and white papers;
  • In association with product management, define customer personas and ensure that each relevant one is represented during our design process;
  • Promote and evangelise products externally with press, customers and partners and at tradeshows and events;
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers’ requirements, use cases and key purchase drivers by way of customer and partner visits and other relevant research initiatives.  Turn that understanding into a marketing message that increases awareness of the Wandera solution;
  • Actively research, experience and solicit feedback about competitive security products and their product marketing strategies;
  • Assemble research data in a format that is relevant to and can be consumed by product management, marketing and sales teams
You and your experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, sales enablement and/or product marketing.
  • Experience marketing security and/or mobile technologies required.  
  • Energetic and upbeat, with a creative spark and the passion to position us well within the market, primarily by interacting with customers, our sales team and the channel.
  • Ability to make smart, informed decisions.  Ability to synthesize broad cross-discipline information with feedback from the team and key stakeholders to influence decisions and product marketing strategy.Ability to research and write stories as they break.
  • Degree education in business, marketing, engineering or similar
  • Commercial acumen and strong proposal development

Finance Assistant

Role Summary

We are looking to hire a Finance Assistant to support our day-to-day finance and business operations team.  You will have a growing level of autonomy, and report directly to our Financial Controller. Responsibilities & Skills
  • Perform the day-to-day bookkeeping for all group companies
  • Support the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes
  • Support financial operating metrics and ad-hoc financial analysis that will help to shape the way we run the business
  • Handle supplier and customer transactions, from invoicing to collections and payments
  • Administer treasury and cash management, payroll and support the HR function

German speaking Pre-sales Engineer

Role Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pre-sales Engineer primarily focusing on DACH market for Wandera. Having excellent mobile security knowledge, you will be responsible for understanding detailed customer needs and defining how Wandera solutions can meet those needs both over the phone and in person. You will also be configuring and presenting complex solution demonstrations and leading technical and functional discussions around a customer’s mobile data usage.

The Presales Engineer is expected to work side by side with our Sales team while making sure that our product management and engineering teams are kept abreast of product strengths and weaknesses. The position requires a unique blend of business process, listening, technical design, and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Skills
  • Work closely with Wandera sales teams and partners such as Deutsche Telekom to achieve iARR pre-sales team target
  • Regular travel to meet customers and partners
  • Supporting the sales team as a subject matter expert on mobile security as well as the technical, functional and integration aspects of Wandera products throughout the sales cycle

Threat Researcher

Role Summary

Our Threat Research team here at Wandera play a key role in helping to identify and prevent security breaches for our global customer base around the clock. The team you would step on to are responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of security incidents and incident investigations, therefore requiring a strong interest in information security including network security and mobile threats. Inn order to step into this team, you would ideally have a basic understanding of man-in-the-middle attacks, malware apps and the wider threat landscape.

The role of a Threat Researcher is to take ownership and responsibility of the daily incident monitoring and investigations system, analyzing real time security concerns for customers and conducting security research into the subsequent data coming through the Wandera platform. For this position, Python and SQL are essential requirements, with wider scripting or programming skills such as Bash ideal and MongoDB querying also a necessary requirement. Alongside these essential skills, the team are also utilizing Kali Linux and associated tools such as Burp which we would also require knowledge of.

A key part of what the Threat Research team focus on daily is the analysis of data and being able to decipher the diverse sources of information flowing through our platform on a day to day basis, meaning a keen eye for detail and proactive approach towards new problems being a major requirement to fulfil this role.

Our team are passionate about exploring data and discovering new patterns which enable us to service our customers and ensure their sensitive information remains safe and secure by using the Wandera platform. Evaluating and documenting our findings allows us to expand our already deep knowledge of the mobile security landscape and protect data for all of our current and future customers.
